By subscribing to Striking Bell, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


1. Subscription Billing

Striking Bell operates on a monthly subscription model.

When you subscribe:

  • Your subscription automatically renews each month

  • Billing occurs on the same date of each billing cycle

  • Your payment method will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the renewal date

It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle if you do not wish to be charged again.


2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

After cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period

  • You will not be charged again after the current billing cycle ends

  • Your access to Striking Bell services will end once the billing period expires

Canceling your subscription does not immediately terminate access to the service.


3. How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your Striking Bell subscription:

  1. Log in to your Striking Bell account dashboard

  2. Navigate to Account Settings

  3. Click Manage Subscription

  4. You will be redirected to our secure payment processor (Stripe)

  5. Follow the steps to confirm cancellation

Once the cancellation process is completed, you will receive a confirmation email from Stripe confirming your cancellation.


4. Confirmation of Cancellation

It is important that you receive the cancellation confirmation email after completing the cancellation process.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, your subscription may still be active and you may be charged for the next billing cycle.

If you experience any issues canceling your subscription, please contact our support team immediately.


5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, Striking Bell maintains a strict no-refund policy.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Partial months of service

  • Unused time in a billing period

  • Subscription renewals

  • User inactivity

  • Market performance or trading results

Once a payment has been processed, it is considered final and non-refundable.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period even after cancellation.


6. Payment Issues

If you experience any billing errors or payment issues, please contact our support team as soon as possible so we can review the situation.

We will investigate payment-related problems on a case-by-case basis.


7. Reactivating Your Subscription

If you choose to return to Striking Bell after canceling:

  • Simply log back into your account

  • Select Resubscribe

  • Your subscription will restart immediately

  • A new billing cycle will begin on the date of reactivation


8. Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

Options available include:

  • Updating your payment method

  • Canceling your subscription

  • Restarting a canceled subscription

Subscription management is handled securely through our payment provider Stripe.
